expect the unexpected

currently listening to: rise against - swing life away

i feel like i have so much to say, but i seriously have no idea where to start. so much shit has happened so fast that i can't even recap everything in my brain. but i don't think i wanna write about some stupid life bullshit right now. instead i'll just write about what the fuck i did today. so basically i woke up and went to isaiah's house, because i love to go to isaiah's house. even though i end up never doing anything there, i seriously feel like i don't have to worry about anything, as if i don't have a single problem in my life. and then after an hour of being there, and doing nothing, i had to go to class. so glenn picked me up today because it was his turn to drive, and it was hot as fuck in glenns 4 runner because he doesn't have A/C haha, but it's all good. i don't mind really. both class lectures were boring as hell, and i fell asleep in both, but i indeed tried my hardest to stay up! after class, glenn and i went to mcdonalds because we were both starving fat asses. and then guess where i went after mcdonalds, just guess! if you guessed isaiah's house, then you my sir, is correct. isaiah's papa asked us to see if some place on mountain avenue would repair his ps3. so we went, and the guy just straight up said nah they don't repair ps3's. so we were both like... FUCK. but afterrrrrrrrrrr that, we went to a place that was basically a mixture of vagina, and weed. the only side-effect, it makes you FAAAAAT!

at dairy queen, i guess when you order a blizzard, they turn it upside down for a quick second, and then give it to you. WHY YOU ASK? I DON'T HAVE A FUCKING CLUE, but it was pretty unique. so when isaiah and i sat down to eat it, isaiah wanted to try it, and it SPILLED A LITTLE. it was pretty funny at the time. it was that type of situation where you would have to be there, for it to be funny... but ya. after that we just ran some errands for his ma, and now i'm just here chillin. i don't wanna go home, to be honest. i think about too much shit whenever i'm home.

p.s. fuck tricks and bitches.

all pooped out

current mood: grateful

I've realized a lot of things today. One thing i can't seem to keep my mind off is something that chantelle had told me just a couple hours ago: "deal with those who matter". that's when it hit me, that i had once told myself that. but for some odd reason, i guess it seems that i had totally forgotten about it. but thanks to her, it allowed me to think about the people who are REALLY there for me. sometimes, when things start going downhill, you seem to forget about the people that love and care for you, the people that you can actually call friends. as you can see, my current mood is grateful. because i'm grateful to have brothers and friends that won't doubt me for my ability to become a better person, and at the same time, will help me become a better person. there are alot of people out there that will always discourage you, that will bring you down and make you feel like you are nothing but just another living life without any certain significance. and then, there are people that thank you each and every day for just simply accompanying them. it's all up to you, deal with those that matter.

my second day of college seemed all too boring for me. my US history professor treated us as if we were sophomores in high school. she didn't want us to say that history is boring, and that history is only boring if you make it boring. i tried being "curious" about it, but after learning about US history back in high school for about 3 years and memorizing things that i don't think i'll ever have to use in my life, made it all the harder to not fall asleep. after class, glenn, brian f, and i went to buy dollar boba. after that we decided to chill at brian f.'s house and make tacos and play good ol' games of chess. brian beat me twice, he's too smart for me. after that, i met up with josh at isaiah's house, and we played some good games of ping pong. summer mode is still on, and i don't plan on turning it off anytime soon.

p.s. thanks for the great talks. you've helped me clear my mind, and allowed me to realize that there are people out there that actually understand what the word friend means.

dream big

currently listening to: jason mraz - details in the fabric

summer's officially over. it's been one hell of a run. having my ups and downs, just like every other human goes through. being a new hire at macy's has been a very interesting challenge. now that i have both school & work to juggle in my life, i guess you can truly call it the "college life". pat pat just left to berkely this morning, but i was able to catch one last poker game with him and the boys last night. i'm, no WE'RE gonna miss him, and we'll be looking forward for his return in november!

so it's my first day of class tomorrow for college, and i'm pretty nervous. new surroundings, new professors, new students, new everything. good thing i'll be able to share this first time experience with glenn. it's always fun being able to have a brother with you to face the nerve wrecking situations. right now i'm still very undecisive in what i want to do with my life, but i'm thinking and planning very carefully, hoping everything will be okay. but knowing me, i'm sure i'll do fine.

p.s. even though it doesn't seem like it, i still really do miss you.
